UtahGunRun is an online platform that allows Utah residents to post listings for firearms and contact sellers. We provide the technology platform only - all actual sales transactions occur directly between users.

3. User Eligibility and Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old to use UtahGunRun
• You must be legally eligible to own firearms under federal and Utah law
• You must be a Utah resident for private party transactions
• You must provide accurate and current information
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

4. Prohibited Activities

Users may NOT:

• Post listings for illegal firearms or accessories
• Facilitate straw purchases or sales to prohibited persons
• Use the platform for commercial sales without proper licensing
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• Harvest or collect user information for commercial purposes
• Spam, harass, or threaten other users
• Attempt to circumvent payment requirements
• Use automated tools or bots to access the platform

• Listing fee: $1.00 per firearm listing (30-day duration)
• Contact fee: $1.00 to unlock seller contact information
• All payments processed securely through Stripe
• Fees are non-refundable except in cases of proven fraud
• We reserve the right to modify fees with 30 days notice

7. Content and Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of content you post (photos, descriptions)
• You grant us license to display your content on our platform
• You may not post copyrighted content without permission
• We may remove content that violates these terms
• UtahGunRun trademarks and content are our property

9. Limitation of Liability

UtahGunRun shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any transactions between users. Our total liability shall not exceed $100.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UtahGunRun from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your listings, or your transactions with other users.

11. Privacy

12. Termination

• We may terminate accounts for violations of these terms
• You may stop using the service at any time
• Termination does not affect completed transactions
• Fees paid are non-refundable upon termination

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on our website with 30 days notice. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Utah state law. Any disputes will be resolved in Utah state courts. Users agree to binding arbitration for claims under $10,000.
